90-Day Confidence Guarantee — Advanced LED Sculpting Device

Our 90-Day Confidence Guarantee applies exclusively to the Blissanova™ Advanced LED Sculpting Device.

This means you have up to 90 days after delivery to request a return if you are not satisfied with your experience.

To be eligible for a return:

The device must be returned in good condition

The item must include its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us at hi@blissanova.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

30-Day Returns — Skincare & Beauty Products

For all other Blissanova™ products, including:

Gel Masks

Serums

Eye Patches

Lymphatic Sculpting Brushes

Other Skincare & Beauty Accessories

we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Because skincare and beauty products are personal-use items, some opened or heavily used products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we understand that skincare is personal and every skin type reacts differently.

For this reason, we may offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for opened products in situations including:

Allergic or adverse skin reactions

Damaged or defective products

Incorrect items received

Packaging or pump malfunctions

Products that arrive leaking or compromised during shipping

Exceptional customer service situations reviewed individually by our support team

To help us assess these cases quickly, we may request photos and a brief explanation of the issue.

To be eligible for a standard return, items should generally be:

Unused or lightly tested

In their original packaging

In resellable condition when applicable

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Empty or significantly used skincare products

Used beauty tools or accessories showing visible wear

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hi@blissanova.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Including clear photos of the issue and packaging will help us process your request faster.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
