How does shipping and delivery work?
We carefully prepare and dispatch all orders from our US Warehouse using trusted shipping partners.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders.
Customers may also select Express Priority Shipping (2 business days) at checkout for $7.99 USD.
Available shipping options and delivery estimates will always be displayed clearly during checkout before payment is completed.
When will my order arrive?
Standard US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
For faster delivery, we also offer Express Priority Shipping (2 business days) for eligible US orders.
Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to carrier delays outside of our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.
If you still need assistance, please contact our support team and we will gladly help investigate the shipment.
Please note that Blissanova is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within the United States.
We are actively working on expanding international shipping availability in the future.

When will I see visible results with Blissanova™ Advanced LED Sculpting Device?
Results vary from person to person depending on consistency, skincare routine, and skin type. Many customers begin noticing improvements in skin glow and overall freshness within the first 1–2 weeks of consistent use.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely. Blissanova™ products make beautiful self-care gifts for loved ones. You can ship your order directly to the recipient during checkout. If you would like to include a special message, feel free to contact our support team and we’ll do our best to make your gift extra special.
Are you stocked in any stores anywhere?
Nope, it’s just us! Our Blissanova™ products are only available on our online store here in The U.S. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you have a returns policy?
Yes. We offer a 30-Day Confidence Guarantee on skincare products and a 90-Day Confidence Guarantee on our Advanced LED Sculpting Device.
Skincare products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for return, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Please contact our support team at here before sending any return so we can assist you with the process.
How long do I have to return the products?
Eligible returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Eligible items may be returned for a refund if they meet our return requirements.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products and used masks may not qualify for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Each return request is reviewed individually to ensure the best possible customer experience.
How long does it take to process my return and refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, processing typically takes 3–7 business days. Once approved, please allow a further 5–10 business days for funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer bundles or product combinations?
Yes, our products are designed to work beautifully together as a complete skincare ritual. Visit our Shop to see available bundles and combinations.

How secure is your payment?
Your payment security is very important to us.
All transactions on BLISSANOVA are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways designed to protect your personal and payment information.
We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
What payment types do you offer?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We also support secure express checkout options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Cash App Pay and PayPal where available.
Do you have payment plan options?
Yes. Flexible payment options may be available at checkout depending on your eligibility and selected payment method.
We currently support secure accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay and Afterpay, which may offer installment payment options for qualifying orders.
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount or promotional code during checkout in the designated discount code field before completing your payment.
Once applied successfully, your updated total will appear automatically.
I forgot to use my discount code!
Made your purchase, and as the payment was loading you realised with horror you hadn’t added your discount? Never fear, that opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply contact our helpful team here and they will be happy to help correct this for you.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team here as soon as possible with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If applicable, including photos of the item and packaging may help us assist you more quickly.

I need to cancel or change my order!
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
